- 1 cup protein powder whey or plant-based
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter or any nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the protein powder, rolled oats, and baking soda.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, mashed banana, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or other add-ins.
Form Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
