Ingredients
  

  • Chocolate Base: High-quality dark milk, or white chocolate (8 ounces)
  • Nuts: ½ cup pistachios and ½ cup almonds chopped
  • Middle Eastern Spices: 1 teaspoon ground cardamom a few saffron threads, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dates: ½ cup chopped
  • Optional Ingredients: Pinch of dried rose petals edible gold leaf for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Melting the Chocolate: Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Preparing the Spice Blend: In a small bowl, mix the cardamom, saffron, and cinnamon.
  • Mixing in the Nuts and Dates: Fold the nuts and dates into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
  • Assembling and Setting the Chocolate Bar: Pour the mixture into a lined mold, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with additional nuts and rose petals, if desired. Allow to cool and set at room temperature or in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
